I am willing to design the app as open source... But I am a . Net developer so my iPhone learning curve is going to be longer than someone who has done an iPhone app already.

This would be very nice to have. Something with "calendar/notepad" type features but wouldnt sync with outlook.
I'm sure it would be very easy for some developer to create if it doesn't already exist.

no one has any ideas or suggestion. I can't believe a log type program hasn't been developed. C'mon developers please......
