Steam MP3/avi from home network to Iphone then to TV Out???

Is it possibl? I have a 1TB WD MyBook NAS drive that I have modded for remote access. I want to be able to stream from HD to my Iphone then possibly use the TV out function to watch them on my TV.

I have found out that dtunes has TV out support now. So what Im thinking is maybe using dtunes as my media player. Only thing is, i can only ssh into my mybook..no other way. I dont think dtunes has ssh protocol.
