Default getting rid of "stuck" category

First off, thanks to all who have posted tips and tricks around here... very helpful stuff.

Anyway, a question: I have a stuck Category. After updating (restoring) to 2.2, restoring from my last iTunes backup for the App Store apps, running aptBackup to re-install the cydia apps, and un-hiding all my app icons, I have one 'folder' that used to be a category that isn't showing up within the Categories (v 2.22) app. I can't delete it, can't create a new category of the same name, etc. Is there a way I can cleanly remove it (ssh in and... ?) or any other advise how to get rid of it-- or at least get it recognized by the Categories app so I can re-populate it?

    Any advice appreciated, thanks.

You can try deleting the folder through SSH.

Folder will be located in /Applications/"folder name"

Thanks for the suggestion-- I had thought about that, but wasn't sure if I needed to get rid of any remnants elsewhere.

I ended up just re-running Pwnage and restoring. That got rid of it quite well

    Thanks again,
