removing email limits on iphone -- any hacks or apps

Hi all!

While I loooooooove my iphone, for work I get a zillion emails and I miss the functionality of my blackberry when it comes to email.

Are there any good apps for email out there that lets me have more than 200 emails or adds any cool email functionality?
