Cycorder no longer working?

I have a jb 3g running 2.2. I've used cycorder for months and never had an issue with it. Yesterday i go to take a video and it does something weird:
When i press the record button cycorder closes and a little "rec" badge appears over the icon (as shown below). When i go back into cycorder nothing has been/or is being recorded. I can see all my old videos fine, but i can't seem to record new ones.
Anyone know what the deal is?
Thanksss

That's strange, my cycorder runs like a charm. You may want to use iPhone Video Recorder 3G if you can't get cycorder working again.

thanks for answering- i actually just figured out what the issue was. When i switched to 2.2 i placed some of my recorded videos back into private/var/mobile/media/videos and must have changed the permissions. i just switched them back to 777 and it's working great again.

Thanks for that fix, mine did it randomly for some reason, and wasn't sure wtf was going on. Appreciate you creating this thread!
