I use Cyberduck, an OS X SSH client app that loves the iPhone!
I take the movies off, and re-convert them, Quicktime Pro to m4v movies. They are then ready to be synced back to the iPhone as normal movies!
You forgot to mention what kind of computer you have!http://jpassoc.com/x -- with free itunes under the puppy!
If I help you out, please press ★THANKS!

^Yeah, its by no means difficult to SSH into the phone and get them out right quick... They look pretty goo quality-wise, too!
Throw them into Windows Movie Maker or iMovie and render them to your format and you're good to go.Respect your elders.
