street view questions

First off love street view, freaking awesome.

Question is does anyone know how they get this pictures, and how often they get updated. Not a big deal i just looked up my street and my old jeep is in the driveway and would like to know when they might update the view so i can have my camaro sitting out front.

Depending on where you are, its probably not updated too frequently. Just watch out your window for the google car with a camera mounted to it driving by.

i dont think it will be updated for atleast 2-3 years. They still have not even got all of the united states done..
