Hi guys cycorder rocks but how do i take the video ot of my phone to my computer, and how can i find it??

My videos that im taking out from cycorder and on to my computer are working. The video has like a big black circle and green pixles all over it. But i can still hear the audio... How do you fix this??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!
