    hi dayloon.
i installed swirly the otherday and have the same settings as you.i sent a test photo and everything was ok.
i noticed a post yesterday saying swirly not working on 2.2
i just tried sending again and everything works ok for me.
by the way i didnt contact o2 so maybe that is the problem if you see what i mean.
    good luck

just received a nice reply to my last mms after 2.2 upgrade so all is ok.
i hope this helps or maybe itll just frustrate you more !!!! try asking 02 again because apparently they wouldnt do mms price plans for iphones because it doesnt have that feature so why would they tell you they enabled the service, dont make a lot of sense to me.
    once again goodluck

I had the same problem with o2 its an error at their end with the activation. After lots of phone calls I lied and told them "I rang up yesterday and the person on the phone said they would deactivate mms and try to enable it again. Within a couple of minutes it was working properly. Give it a try it worked for me.
