email constantly crashes after 1.1.4

after restoring/upgrading to 1.1.4 my email app crashes each time I load it. The same after j/b with ziphone. Would like some help plz.

There is a problem in the mail application after upgrading to 1.1.4. I fixed it by deleting everything in var/mobile/library/mail But if you do this you'll have to re-enter all your mail profiles.

I found this fix in another thread. Worked perfectly for me:

For those having issues with Mail not launching after 1.1.4, ssh to your iPhone (or use terminal) and enter chown -R mobile:mobile private/var/mobile/

I am new to this and am also having the same problem can some one walk me through this?

Go into settings>general>reset>reset network settings.

If that doesn't work deleting the mail folder located in var>mobile>library and then syncing without a doubt will.
