Installing "Tris"

I got hold of Tris.ipa, the Tetris clone they pulled from the App Store. Now this app was freeware, so (I hope) the information I request is not warez or stealing or breaking the rules in any way.

With that out of the way, how do I install this? Are freeware apps digitally signed, or can I just double-click it and it will go through iTunes? And if it is digitally signed, how do I undo that so I can install it? Again, it was freeware, not commercial software and I would never do this with commercial software.

Just to advise you, it IS warez. Though it was free in the App Store, you will need to use the method(s) that is/are current in getting cracked IPA's onto your device, which are not up for discussion 'round these parts.
