Swirly MMS with Legit Carrier?

Is there any possible way that one could use Swirly MMS with their legit carrier (AT&T for me) without going through the whole rigormaro of calling them, telling them you changed cell phones, etc..

:edit: nvm i did some research and it doesnt seem possible. Sorry for making a thread

No. We being the nice ones actually using our iphones on AT&T (well, one of mine anyways) are the only ones getting screwed with no MMS, because AT&T blocks the service on an iphone....however if your unlocked using another carrier than your good to go.

So, in short.....AT&T is the only carrier that causes users to go through that crap.

I got MMS to work witih the help of gQ on these forums. Head over to the ATT subforum, and there is a thread about him from him regarding MMS. Mine's been working great for a week and a half or so now.

Yeah, it looks promising and they say WAP is a feature for the iPhone but not a standard feature, so if all we have to do is call and enable it for MMS to work that should solve everyone's MMS problems

Well im going to try it, they say all you have to do is start a mobile me account (which is free for 60 days) and it enables WAP for you and then Swirly should work. Im gonna give it a try and get back to you guys

Bernie, I'm guessing that^ didn't work?

Reako

PS> I'm also slightly flighty about that thread, where the guy requires payment with apparently no technical solutions.

I dont mind sending emails to phone numbers it just the whole viewmymessage.com thing is what really annoys me. I wish there was an app that did that part for you and just downloaded the pic to your phone somehow
