I usually check Cydia for updates or new packages at least three times a day. I figure since I am either playing with the phone to watch videos, listen to music, or browse the app store, why not go ahead and browse cydia for any new updates or packages.

Cydia lives in me, so I don't have to check for updates, but seriously, I check it maybe every 5 hours

i usually check mine between 1-2:30 am mountain time because thats when i see the most updates for the day. but on an average 2-3 times daily for me

i check it all the time. too often actually, as most times i am disappointed with nothing but new themes. it would be better to check once a day...but, may seven to ten times a day >.>

i know... im addicted to new/awesome packages.

I don't check as often as I used to. I would browse through it a lot looking for themes and tweaks.

After I updated to 2.1 though Cydia has been acting like crap. It never really refreshes the updates properly, the sources return errors a lot, stuff doesn't download properly, previews are not always available unless I close and re-open Cydia over and over. People talk about Installer being buggy...

I have re-installed Cydia numerous times, sources numerous times to no avail. Hopefully when I upgrade to 2.2 whatever is causing these headaches will disappear.

Lol if im not doing anything.
I just check and see if there is any updates, or cool new themes or something.
