phone app wont load

i dont know what happened. all i did was uninstall quickgold and install g launcher and when i restarted my phone at first got deactivated then i restarted it again and it was activated, but now i cant use my phone app! anyone know why?

dont know why but , i can tell you that all your problems can be solved with a quick restore
