Is there any app that changed your ringtone profiles depending on if you are at work or home etc. Using either time of day or cell tower location?

My friend had a phone a year or so ago that changed the ringtone, volume etc automatically because it knew where he was

If there isnt one it would be a good idea for developers to produce one using the location features of the iphone.

i believe thats a nokia. they had a setup similar. but this would be cool i know of an app so you can have random ringtones.
