Categories App help...

Ok, I have 2.1 jailbroken and my Cydia decided to stop working. SSHing in and running apt-get remove cydia and then apt-get install cydia didn't work. Kept getting errors so I decided to restore the phone and just re-jailbreak it. However, none of my apps show up. I used categories before I restored it which put my app icons into folders for a cleaner springboard. I think that it somehow kept those settings and now it won't add the icons to my springboard. I also used Poof to turn off some app icons and those dont' show up anymore either. How can I remove any Categories or Poof settings so my icons will reappear?

When you do a restore.....EVERYTHING gets ERASED.

So you cant see them because they are no longer there. You will have to re-install everything.
