I know that Apples Remote application lets you control iTunes from your iPhone or iPod but it doesn't give you access to the library stored on an iPod directly plugged into that system. I use my iPod to store all my music and files so streaming from my system is pretty useless right now. Are there any 3rd party applications that might let me have that type of control?
