Son max! French Volume Increase!

So im browsing the web, and take a look at iclarifieds volume boost tutorial, I notice the comments. nataraja writes:

So I install this Repository to installer (doesnt show up on cydia the app not the repository, dont know why, dont care)

I find this app... not knowing how to understand french all too much, only been to Canada a hand full of times so I know enough to get around.

I translated the description and it says roughly this :
"REMOVE the LIMITATION OF the SOUND FOR the COUNTRIES OF the ZONE have - profit ALMOST 20% MOREOVER"

HAVE I really stumbled on a Volume booster for 2.1?

I have been searching through my IphoneBrowser in hopes to find the files and the changes this app has made but Ive had no luck.

Maybe someone could point me in the right direction or install it themselves and confirm that this does boost volume 20%

Its late here(3am), Ive installed it but Im too shot to relize if its increased(been awake for almost 24 hours.)

I installed it too, but I can't really decide if it's louder or not. I feel like it might be, but I'm not sure.
