Winterboard - themes not working

I have problems getting some themes working.
That is two different dialer app themes + musicplayer color themes(yeah, themes for original iPhone apps).
Still I get lock screen battery themes and task bar icon(mms) replacements and taskbar battery color themes to work.
Anyone else having this?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both themes and Winterboard in all kinds of combinations with rebooting between and all. Also have deleted plist files etc etc in the preferences folder etc.

The weird thing with the dialer themes is that when have activated them in Winterboard and opening the phone app for the first time the theme seem to work for a second only to jump back to the dialers original look.

Any clues?

Update:
It's seems like no themes works within apps, but only on springboard.

Anyone?!

Update two:
Need to answer to my own problem, since it's been solved...

The problem was a setting in IntelliScreen called "App Boost". This needs to be switched off for inner app themes to work.
