well if you open cydia and stay on the home page, underneath featured packages, select "more package sources" from there you can choose a variety of sources to add new applications..... there is a source that will install all sources, but unfortunately, i do not remember it... but when I installed it, it gave me a large amount of app's i did not want on cydia.. apps such as languages and many russian, greek and arabic apps that i cannot read....
so your best bet is to stick with the "more package sources" on cydias home tab...
it might take some time, but go through and see what those sources will add, so you dont end up with a cluster-f*ck off useless apps...
