and as far as tracking goes..


anyone use the field test?..*says what towers can see you..and what "station" the tower is aka location... hence.... "you are closest to tower 21 at station 34.... which could be translated to a location..

Its not GPS but check "Navizon GPS" its on installer, its does pseudo GPS by utilising this feature of cell towers and wifi hot spots

there was a similar stolen phone app on my old L7 fortunately I never had to use it

Are you guys referring to this antitheft software from bak2u.com? it has for blackberry, Mac (with video and geolocations) and ipod?

Ths is something I would pay for. I do have a passcode on the phone, but that doesn't stop someone plugging it into their PC, syncing with itunes, wiping the phone via a firmware upgrade/downgrade and then restoring the synced backup via itunes (which doesn't restore the passcode) and then they have access to all your stuff.
