Itunes sync question

i got a new pc because my other one crashed. when i sync itunes with my phone...will I loose everything? I think ive done that before and did loose everything. wasnt sure if i did it right or not. I dont care about music but the appz it what i want to keep.

You wont lose any cydia/installer apps but you will lose music and appstore apps.
