Has anyone installed the new version of kate (2.0.2) ? If so, has it improved or is it still a steaming pile of crap ? Does it still mess up all your icons every time you reboot ?
Well sadly, the latest Kate is still problematic. In fact, Kate & Installer are the only two apps that will cause the infinite apple logo reboot for me. After doing some fault finding with the developer of IntelliScreen, it was shown that Kate & mobileEnhancer was causing all the memory leaks & problems. The only two things I miss from Kate is the reflective dock & icon labels - but Winterboard is definitely a good alternative.
Since I've uninstalled Kate & mobileEnhancer (again), Springboard is a LOT more stable.
when i saw the latest version for 2.1 i was excited and installed. gave lots of problems here & there. i uninstalled it and all my Categories icons are fooked
it resprings everytime I get an SMS, this is completely unacceptible. I can't believe I paid for this farking app and I get zero support form those doosh bags.... GAH!!!!!!
