Are you sure you have the correct IP address for the iphone? The address the phone was using could have changed.

Hit YES when it asks you to accept the host change.

I quit turning mine off since it didn't seem to make any difference for me in battery life. I'd always forget to turn it back on and spends ten minutes cursing at cyberduck.

Like one1 said. I keep it "on"....so I dont get ill and cuss the phone because I forget....and two, if my phone decides to to south....and the ONLY chance I have is being able to SSH into it when it wont boot properly....well, if its off im screwed. And yeah, it doesnt effect battery life.

Oh I TOTALLY did this once...... Cracked screen, removed the screen to try and work on the digitizer. It crumbled the second I pulled the chrome trim off and when I stuck it back together I had no SSH or VNC to use with veency because it was turned off before I took it apart. ----- BRICK.

That's why I liked iLiberty. It installed openSSH as it jailbroke it if I remember correctly. You could just reformat and jailbreak with iLiberty and have open SSH installed and turned ON right out of the box. That was at least an option if you ended up doing something DUH.
