Yes, same thing happens to me. Only way to get around it is to reboot the phone, as far as I can tell.

What does the Safari download plug in have to do with videos? I've never used it.

The problem seems to lie in the rotation of the screen if you ask me. As long as the videos pop up in landscape mode it seems to work, but after one tries to open in regular mode it screws everything up. REALLY annoying.

Mine wont let me download anyhting i click the download button and it says the download failed to start
