    Default just updated to 2.1 and cookies are messed up!

    Hi, I just upgraded my 1st gen iPhone from 1.1.4 to 2.1 and so far it is awesome! I love the app store! It's hard to resist purchasing the applications... too bad there aren't more trial versions.

    Anyways my problem is that the cookies in Safari appears to be messed up. It won't keep passwords and keeps asking me to re-login to all the sites that I visit.

    In the past I could download "cookies fix" or "iRemember" from installer or cydia to fix this issue but I cannot see such programs on the new installer and cydia.

    Help!

    If you know how, SSH into your phone into var/mobile/Library/Cookies and change the permissions of Cookies.plist to 666. Should work now.

    ive never had a problem with this but now i know if i ever have it what to do. thanks theorioles33
