so can u use this app to "share" 3G with my old iphone 2G. i use it as a ipod now in my car, and sometimes it would be cool to watch a utube video or download a song.

also if this sets up a network connection btwn the 2 phones, can i play, lets say asphalt4 btwn the 2 phones since they are on a "wifi" network btwn themselfs??

I don't think what you're wanting to do is possible.

In order for you to share the 3G network to your 2G phone, you need create and adhoc wireless connection on the 2G iphone so the 3G iphone can connect to it. I'm not sure if you can create an adhoc wireless network on iphone.

Nope, Ad-Hoc connections cannot be made via the iPhone/iPod Touch. Would be neet to see a future option to play/communicate with other devices that are local without the WiFi
