Can we download themes from "download" section and SSH to install them?

So i remember doing this on 1.1.4, is it different now, can we not ssh and download themes in a rar and use them on 2.0?

You have to go into each application and install the icon one by one. They are named icon.png in every application so you have to rename each icon one by one since they can't be in the same folder together when you name each one on your computer. (duplicate names)

It took me about 3 hours to make my own theme through SSH.
