What Happened to LEGO Touch?

Just wondering if anyone knew whats happening with LEGO Touch? Is it just a joke, or actually in the making? play/nyc Thats the site. This would be a brilliant app, shame theres been no news on it for ages.

I clicked on the "youtube" option, and when it loaded this message was in its stead

"This video has been removed due to terms of use violation. "

I would imagine that this project probably went under due to copywrite infringement.

I hope I'm wrong about that, because thats a sweet idea!

yea that video looks cool but is totally not from a real app.
