My understanding is that stereo bluetooth requires a compatible chip, which the iPhone lacks. Replacing the chip would not be feasible.

in fact, common knowledge/information says that the hardware its there, but not the software profiles (same for file transfer, modem, etc)

its not possible with an app tho
