worked for a while until I installed the 5 dock icons tweak. I have removed this just in case but buttons don't work on dialer and no phone numbers can be dialed. I uninstalled it but its still there.

any help appreciated

UPDATE. it turns out its the KATE application from installed - so nothing to do with Cydia. Kate new version seesm to lock up retro phone dialer 2.5. I removed Kate and all was fine

How would i know if i had kate?
