I need help uninstalling an App..Please

hello

i installed the transformer app from modmyi and then i removed the package through Cydia, but the No Service sign keeps coming up and it keeps asking me to activate. I tried reinstalling the app but it would not let me. Can anyone help me please? Thank You.
