MobileScrobbler and Dock.app not compatible?

Until now, MobileScrobbler when trying to install on a 1.1.3 iPhone, would tell me that it only worked on 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. It seems that MobileScrobbler Version 1.4 1-1 is working perfectly on the 1.1.3 iPhone but after I installed MobileScrobbler and rebooted to get the scrobbling working, the dock sunbrust thing on the bottom right corner disappeared. When MobileScrobbler is uninstalled, Dock appears again. Anyone know whats going on? or a fix? Thanks.
