Anyone know where to get the reduceJPEG file needed to run the Pericam app?

I can't seem to find the correct file necessary (reduceJPEG) to finish installation (the link only points me to some other files...unless I'm missing something.)
If anyone knows of a Source or can PM me with it I would be highly appreciative!

I have no idea, but I don't trust that guy. I stumbled upon his apps yesterday, went to install a couple of them, and ended up having to restore my phone. After installing his apps, it took me back to springboard but the spinning logo didn't stop spinning for about 5 minutes when it finally rebooted my phone, however it kept giving me weird errors. I saw the errors because I like having a verbose boot enabled instead of just the apple logo. It was stuck on some thing saying "waiting for remote debugging login" and ssh wouldn't work for me. Needless to say I had to restore. I can't say which one caused the problem but I'm kinda pissed cause I lost a few videos in the process that I would really like to have back.
