yes but it is in the app store. they are selling it which means that it will not show up as a free app.

kate is available and works
but not if you have winterboard installed
Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

Yeah, nothing in the App Store. I think Customize 2.0 might have it. Give it a shot...

Ignore ALL of these other suggestions. Theres an app on cydia specifically for that purpose. It's called "Five Icon Dock" from Telesphoreo. It should be under the Tweaks section. Its from saurik himself. I was so happy when I saw it pop up in my "changes" section.
Works really well too.

I like that they fixed the bug when uninstalling with 5 icons on the dock. Now you don't have to take one off before removing it.
