Terminal vt100 = No Sound!

I was reading a guide on how to install PSX roms through iPhoneBrowser and I changed all the "Application" permissions to 0755 at once after I put the scph1001.bin file into the PSX4all folder.

I rebooted my iPhone and have no sound. Is this because the Sound String is in applications? If so, can I just reset the permission back to the default? And if I can do that, what would be the default permission for the preferences.app, or are all the applications default permissions the same? Can I just change them all back to the default permissions using the Terminal? Please help, I need my alarm on my phone for the morning, lol.

I also just noticed that I cannot install or uninstall anything in the Installer. I get a error message saying "Main script execution failed!". WTF?

Its so amazing how every single question I ask on this forum never gets answered.
