Tone/Frequency generator

I can't for the life of me find this app again. I had it before I had to restore my phone due to a crash. Can somebody PLEASE tell me the name of it.

Quick description:

Basically the screen had vertical lines on it and you moved a ball around the screen and it altered the frequency/volume dependant on where the ball was. I would love to get this back as it really annoyed some of the guys at work
