Im a newbie

ok i know i'm a total newbie in terms of updating my iphone. right now i have a jailbroken 1.1.1 iphone and i want to upgrade it to 1.1.3 .... there are alot of procedures which i found but i dont know what to choose ... if anyone can tell me the steps i have to follow.. in a nutshell my specs are :

1.0.2 Iphone jailbroken to 1.1.1
now i want to upgrade to 1.1.3

can you please post or message me the steps i need to follow and what software i might need .... i had got it jailbroken and unlocked through someone else ... please help me. thanks
