1.13 chinese input methode

I saw one application named weFIT who work's very nice on firmware 1.12 but doesn't work with 1.13. I am learning Chinese and wold realy like to have one tool that can unlock this possibility for me on my iphone.
I cannot read the instruction from the author forum so if someone have some knowledge of how to make it work, i wold appreciate.
