F/W 2.0.2 SMS Forward Program

I know that on 1.x versions you could use smsd for an improved SMS client, with forwarding and such, is there any such program for 2.0 yet?

try to download BITESMS from Cydia or Installer ... bitesms can forward sms.

BiteSMS can forward sms, but it doesn't use my normal texting plan does it? Don't i have to use their SUPER expensive ppt (pay-per-text) plan instead of my AT&T one?

yup...

at the moment..besides Bitesms...there is no forwarding sms program...but i'm sure that it is in the works..

No, that's incorrect. In bitesms you can tell it to use your mobile carrier text plan and then it works just as the native text program does. Open bitesms, click on one of your convos and then hit the blue arrow to get to settings.

but how do i forward messages in bite sms? .. i did select 'use carrier's plan' .. but the interface is like the same of the native text application, there is no option to forward sms?

Swipe the bubble you want to forward and it will give you the option to forward or delete it.

bitesms is the best for texting, its takes the place of my native text application. Everybody should use it. U can forward text messages and use your mobile carrier for sms, u don't have to use the bitesms version. And the good thing about it is, it looks just like the native text application but better!

I've managed to jailbreak my v2.1 and then off to install BiteSMS. It works!!

Dude, try it again, shld be able to forward.

Say if there's a list of 2-3 smses you corresponded with your fren, and there's 1 particular sms u need to forward, simply just tab on that particular sms(which i think was referring to the BUBBLE)...swipe to the RIGHT(Not left!!) side, and the FORWARD/DELETE functions will pop out!!!

For changing of mobile carrier from initial BiteSMS, simply tab on the bottom right blue icon with the arrow...it will bring you to the page to switch your carrier. The rest is idiot-proof..Have fun!!!!
