I have change my sms ringtone to NOKIA tone as everybody knows that iphone ringtone is soft. NO doubt.
My problem is the NOKIA ringtone only comes ringing if we are in the HOME screen where we can see all the icons. However if I did not press the home screen button which leaves us in the sms screen, the next text messages would come in a very silent ringing tone.
CAN i do the HOME SCREEN and SMS SCREEN both NOKIA Ringing Tone?????
you have to find the sound. It's the iChat send/recieve sound but I don't know the file name I'm assuming it's in the sms app folder but it might be a system sound as well !
the file is here: (root/System/Library/Audio/UISounds/ReceivedMessages.caf) .aiff addio file will work just change it to .caf (audiofilename.aiff //audiofilename.caf)
