Does anyone know what source adds the extra icons for categories? Also, extended pref

Hey, when I had 1.1.2, I had a source that added 'Themes (Categories)' in my AppTapp program.

1.) I upgraded to 1.1.3, and I can't find the source that adds the extra icons. Does anyone know which one it is?

2.) Also, does anyone know which source adds the extended preferences for the iphone?
