Please Help Me With Poof

Hi There.

I was stupid enough to hide poof, but so i could view it in Appflow. In Appflow i made it so double click opens appflow. I then hid appflow via poof, but now the double home screen click thing doesn't work. How can i get either Appflow or Poof back on my home screen

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

Settings> General> Restrictions> Enable Restictions and then Disable Restrictions, every app should be back on your homescreen.
