OpenSSH coonection refused

hey all..
so far im really frustrated with my iphone right now because openSSH used to work. but now doesn't. I have no clue what happend. I tried to install 3proxy to use my iphones internet on my laptop but failed. then i tried to ssh into my iphone and it always says connection refused. I removed 3proxy and i still couldn't ssh into my iphone. i removed and then installed openssh again but i still had the same error..: connection refused. please someone help as this was really important to me.

edit: nvm rebooting iphone after all this solved the issue
