lets be honest... is this a serious question. no offense but think about it... why would apple allow an app or apps that access the file system and change it? especially if it leads to unlocking the carrier. So the best you/ we can do is JAILBREAK!! lol

he wants to know when the new installer and the new SwirlyMMS are going to be released.

On both there are no for sure dates, but Installer, we should see it by next week..

SwirlyMMS, last I heard they were working on it, but who knows when that will be released.
