[JB 1.1.3 DevTeam] : HowTo remove Summerboard, Customize and BigBoss Application Mov

Hi,

Before I go from OOTB 1.1.2 to JB 1.1.3, I have installed a few tweaks: Summerboard, Customize and BigBoss Application Mover.

How do I uninstall Summerboard safely? How do I uninstall Customize safely? Now I have all Applications installed in /var/Applications (used the BigBoss Tools to move it there). Should I move the Applications folder back to /Applications before upgrade to JB 1.1.3 and delete the Symlink /Applications -> /var/Applications? How do I do this?
