Restoring SMSD Backup

hey hey

long story short...i updated to 1.1.3, wasnt really my thing, restored back to 1.1.2. no drama

but. im trying to put everything back on now but i cant get the sms =(

i have the SMSD backup text file with all the sms i can see.

question is...how do i put this back up back on the iphone? would really like my text back.

if its not possible thats fine but if it is would LOVE an answer.
