Confirmed......I did the same thing and had to restore.
If you can't do it on one wheel, try harder!

intelliscreen conflicts with several programs including boss tools. It will WORK with boss tools, but it gets buggy sometimes for people with certain programs installed that run from the same resources. Such as using boss tools to change the battery to a number. Sometimes intelliscreen will change it back to a battery icon, and has also been known to erase custom carriers when using MIM.
Overall intelliscreen is a nasty program that can hang up, lock all together, and create havoc IF YOU HAVE something else running the same resource.
OTOH, it is also a great program I don't like being without so I just find what conflicts with it and remove it if I ever have an issue.iMac 27" i5 quad 2.8Ghz (1TB), MacBook Pro 17" 2.6, iPhone 4s

i wonder if this is the reason my iphone bombs out then no apps work except the system default and hacked ones?
the free ones and the ones i bought from the app store dont work nor does my music show up after the crash
the only way to fix it is do a firmware restore and then install everything all over again...
anyone have the same problem?
