Delete the file LocalPackages.plist in private/var/root/Library/Installer/ using Iphonebrowser. This will remove them from installer allowing you to reinstall them

Reinstall BSD subsystem, and OpenSSH and so on as usual. Im to scared to try Summerboard, lol, dont want to mess up the mod. If anyone is brave enough to try it post your results
