Help App.tapp Not Working

GUYS I NEED HELP MY INSTALLER ITS NOT WORKIN AFTER ASKING ME FOR A UPDATE ITS JUST OPEN AND CLOSE BACK I TRY TO DELETE THE FOLDER MANUALLY BY USING IPHONE BROWSER AND THEN REPLEACET WITH A BACKUP INSTALLER FOLER BUT IT DIDNT WORK!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO THERE IS ANY WAY TO REINSTALL IT PLEEEEEASE!!! LET ME KNOW IF U HAVE ANY IDEA

DOAS THIS MEAN IF A UPDATE I CANT JAILBRAK THE 1.1.3?
